About Mustard Seeds
Green Bridge Commodities supplies food-grade mustard seeds in two primary varieties: White Mustard (Sinapis alba) and Black Mustard, sourced from primary growing regions in Ukraine, Russia, and Moldova. Both varieties are cleaned and processed to a minimum purity of 99%, meeting the quality requirements of condiment manufacturers, spice processors, and food industry buyers.
White mustard (Sinapis alba) is the most widely used variety in commercial food production, prized for its milder, tangy flavour and consistent seed size. It forms the basis of yellow mustard condiments, pickling blends, and emulsification applications. Black mustard seeds deliver a sharper, more pungent heat profile and are extensively used in spice blending, oil extraction, and culinary applications across African and Asian markets.
All shipments are accompanied by full food safety documentation, including Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin, and Phytosanitary Certificate. Pesticide residue testing is performed in line with EU limit values.
